Launch at Market St. Bridge at the park.

 Somehow I missed this thread when you put it up, rabbit.  I looked at that ramp on Goggle maps from the satelite, don't know how old the shot is but it looks like the ramp ends before it gets to the water.  Comment please!

The Google Map photo was taken when the river level at Wilkes-Barre was "0".
That is gravel at the end of the launch.
The dock was there for the Dragon boat races they have for River fest.
The W-B ramp is the best for launching a boat at low river levels, the other
 launches in the area are tough to launch when the river is low.

Thanks for the reply,rabbit.  I have about the same travel time to that launch as I have to City Island and Bloomsburg so maybe I'll run into you sometime.
