Just got back from Columbia.  We got on the water at 7:15.  The water temperature was 75 and so stained that a silver spinner bait with a white head and white grub trailer disappeared at a foot.  We fished our way up to rifts at 30 before Harry had the first strike and it turned out to be the 18 inch in the pic.  A couple hours later he caught a 13 and that was it.  We fished until 2:00 PM and he never had another strike and I didn't have one all day.

We haven't had a good day since the last time we were at C I on 8/20.  I think we're done with that southern water.  Next trip is back to C I even if we can't get very far from the launch.

The older I get, the better I used to be.
