No. I looked this plant up last year its everywhere down the river in Wilkes-Barre.

lol I thought the same. It is already everywhere. Beyond our ability to spread it anywhere I've been. It was there before me. We moved to lake Carey when I was 2 in 1956, there was a forest of it growing out in the back of our property then. We used to call it bamboo.
