That's a great sign that they are starting to compete for food.  The Fall bite should be on now.  I did really good this past overcast and windy Saturday with one musky, two walleye and over twenty smallmouth all caught on suspending jerkbaits.  Sunday was bad after the fog lifted off the river. With the low and clear water you need wind to give the water some chop and turn the bite on.

oh I so agree with RA. I could do no wrong on Saturday evening. 8 in an hour and half, with the smallest being 15" the one on the right. Sunday night I couldn't buy a bite, to save my life.
