Wet/Dry Run
« on: March 28, 2018, 03:25:22 PM »
Took my boat over to Harveys Lake for a test run before I dare put it on the river. Wanted to make sure that the motor was purring and that no new leaks had sprung up. Went very well, Motor kicked right off and after burning out the residual fogging oil it ran like a champ. After spend 35 or 40 minutes on the water it was only showing a couple tablespoons of H2O and that could be attributed to any number of possibilities but most likely an old rivet. Felt great to be out and I can't wait to get back on the water with my gear.I may have to try a lake for some perch this weekend.
