the Schuylkill froze from bank to bank last winter I hope that does not happen this year. I only got in the river two times this past year. that's way to low jf7

River is slated to double in height at Harrisburg by Friday night. WoooHooo!!!!! I still might be fishing by Sunday!

That might make it a bit dangerous for the shore guys though with all the stacking ice. Be careful!!

I walked down to the shurkill today its higher than last week, you could sail a aircraft carrier down it if you could get under the bridge, jf7

We unfortunately had to put our dog down due to cancer. She had a good life, but we will miss her badly. Fishing was too far from my mind to go.

Thank you. I didn't realize I had that much emotion left in me. Actually I think it's getting worse the older I get. But hey the Juni is still open for at least another day.

I went to check the Schuylkill river today and it is at least 2 foot higher than normal and we are getting more rain tonight, jf7
