Susky Smallies

The River is in decent shape (flow / clarity).  I've fished the lower River near Harrisburg a few times lately without much happening.  The post spawn period is usually tough and really good smallie fishing is weeks or months away I would guess. I haven't gone up to the north branch yet, any reports from up north?
