5 or 6 boats - 2 men each. Biggest fish 2.5 lbs. Biggest bag 7.9 lbs (I believe that was per boat). Some guys only had one fish.

I didn't know that the restriction on tournaments had been lifted?

I do not know anything about that. But my curiosity about whether other people are catching more or better fish is why I went.

Up here they have a lunker league. Starts the week that bass season comes in.
One fish per boat...They have one below the dam on Tuesday Night. And one above the dam Wednesday night.
Usually about a dozen boats.
Below the dam lunker has been above 4lbs. Above the dam Lunker has been averaging a little over 2lbs
Fish on...

Zelmo - I believe that restriction ends at Holtwood Dam. Below the dam is considered Coniwingo Pool which we share with Maryland and has it's own regulations.

Ok. I thought it went to the state line.  Stopping at Holtwood makes sense.

I should have realized that.  Back when they closed the river to bass fishing for the spawn I would go to Conowingo because it wasn’t subject to the regulation.  I should have been smart enough to have figured out that tournaments would be the same.
