A few "minor" errors in the article....The state record was held by a Flathead caught out of Blue Marsh Lake spillway for the longest time. It was beat this year briefly by the one out of the Susky which was shortly beat by the Schuylkill fish...LOL. And they were originally unintentionally stocked by the Pa Fish Commission.... seems some got mixed in with channel cat shipments back in the 90's.
That thing is an eating machine...how many young walleye and smallmouth do you think these things eat...my guess is quite a few. Bill
I know that in some states you are supposed to kill them if you catch one. Do you know if that is true in PA?
