Merry Christmas
« on: December 24, 2021, 03:34:32 PM »
Tomorrow we eat at my kids place...I'm cooking tonight for a few of us.

So...I spent a few hours with my other woman this afternoon. Calm, cold (37F), clear water is what we have. So after getting no hits for an hour I headed to the carp hangout.

After almost landing one huge foul-hooked carp that broke away with my Willie Wannabee...I tied on another and on the next cast in the carp hole I had a heavy fish that was not a carp. I was surprised she jumped twice in this cold water but she was a beauty.

4 lbs 4 oz.

Find the carp in winter...look for the smallies  ;)  :)

Merry Christmas to all...and to all a good night.

Merry Christmas to all!
I didnít see any new boats out in my garage this morning, so I guess my boat is still usable.  ;)

Hope everyone has tight lines this upcoming year!
Raining here this morning.
The only fisherman you should try to be better than.
Is the fisherman you was yesterday.
